School Year Volunteer Opportunities

Every Monday from 3:00 to 5:00 PM middle and high school students may volunteer at the North Branch Library in Silverthorne or the South Branch Library in Breckenridge.

Volunteer tasks include:

Helping with children's programs

Preparing craft kits for preschool storytime

Decorating bulletin boards, and setting up displays

Recycling

Shelving

To volunteer on a day other than Monday at the North and South Branches, or to volunteer at the Main Library in Frisco, please call

Volunteer time may be used for IB credit, National Honor Society, working off fines, or community service.  Guidelines are available online or at your library.

Summer Volunteer Opportunities

Middle and high school students are needed to help with skits, puppet shows, crafts, prizes, and refreshments at the children's summer reading programs at all three libraries.  Please contact one of the following people at your local library:
